Included work

• One customer PFAS documentation request or defined internal review
• Up to three specifically identified products or SKUs
• Review of client-provided SDS, TDS, declarations, test reports, and correspondence
• Targeted discovery and review of usable public product and supplier evidence
• Executive summary, document inventory, evidence matrix, source index, and missing-documentation register
• Supplier request package for evidence gaps identified during review
• Human review of the final source-indexed evidence package

Commercial terms

• $2,500 reservation deposit, credited to the fixed fee.
• $5,000 balance invoiced after written scope confirmation and due before production begins.
• Target delivery within 10 business days after complete intake, core documents, scope confirmation, and payment.
• Missing inputs or a requested scope change pauses the delivery clock.

Not included

• Laboratory testing or interpretation of test results as a legal conclusion
• Compliance certification, legal opinions, or guarantees of customer or agency acceptance
• Direct supplier outreach, ongoing supplier management, or completion of customer questionnaires
• Products, product families, jurisdictions, or requests beyond the confirmed scope

Work outside these boundaries begins only after both parties approve a written change order describing the added work, fee, and schedule.
